Maria Magdalena Golf is a charming little finca in an unbeatable location overlooking the renowned Vall d'Or golf course, with views across Mallorca's southeast coast. The golf course is approximately 2 km away and features a bar and restaurant that are well worth a visit. The small town of S'Horta is 3 km away, offering shopping, banks, and bars. The popular tourist resort of Cala d'Or, with its sandy coves, is just under 7 km away, and the traditional fishing port of Portocolom is a short drive. Let yourself be enchanted by the marina atmosphere.

Finca Maria Magdalena Golf offers breathtaking views of Mallorca's southeast coast from every room. The entrance leads to the left into the bright living room, with an adjoining dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar. Large French doors open onto the partially covered terrace and the pool area. To the right of the entrance is the sleeping quarters with three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. French doors from all bedrooms lead to the terrace and the outdoor area. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

A partially covered terrace runs the entire length of the house. An inviting outdoor dining area offers stunning panoramic views, as does the swimming pool (9 m x 5 m, minimum depth 1.10 m, maximum depth 1.80 m). A shaded pergola is located by the pool. A playhouse and a sandbox under shady pine trees provide entertainment for children. A ping-pong table is also available for fun and games.

Note: A generator, located 50 m from the house, produces electricity for the household. It makes a whirring noise twice a day for approximately two to three hours, which is only audible outside.
