The room was nice, but I highly recommend avoiding this offsite property management company (Casado). There’s no housekeeping service, they’re hard to reach and if you need something the hotel can’t help. Our fridge was broken when we arrived and we had to call over and over again to get it fixed. By the time they finally fixed it more than a day later our food was spoiled. The company didn’t offer to compensate us. We also arranged for a late checkout the day before we left, then got a text late the next morning telling us to leave earlier, after we had already made plans. The hotel has great customer service, next time we will use a property manager that contracts with the hotel.
