Farmhouse Allalante Montes de Málaga

Cortijo Allalante is a restored 18th-century country house with a terrace and barbecue facilities, located in the heart of the Montes de Málaga natural park 6.7 km (forest road) of the A-45 motorway. The house features rustic elements such as stone walls, wooden beams and a large fireplace and includes a living area with TV and dining table as well as a kitchen with oven, washing machine and microwave. The house has a single bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each and two double bedrooms, one with an extra bed. It also has two bathrooms with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is an ideal place to rest, walk and enjoy nature just 14 km from the city of Malaga.

very beautiful and quiet

Everything was perfect if you are looking for a home without any neighburs nearby, in the middle of nature. With a private pool to cool down and for children to play in. It takes about 20 minutes by car down a very narrow road up the mountain so if you are a bit scared for that kind of thing it might not be perfect but otherwise it is. We liked it very much and the owner and his son were very friendly and helpfull

Great stay – super relaxing

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. We were picked up by the owner, José. He showed us the way to the house, as the journey there is quite adventurous (single-lane gravel road, no guard rails, etc.). You definitely shouldn't rent a sports car if you want to holiday at this house. And the driver should have a head for heights ;-). Otherwise, the house is in an incredibly beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by nature. All you can hear are the cicadas. The house has all the amenities you need. The pool is a highlight. José Manuel, el anfitrión, nos recibió al principio del camino y nos condujo hasta el maravilloso cortijo de finales del 1700, reformado y al que no le falta un detalle. Tiene toda la esencia de lo rústico con las comodidades necesarias para habitarlo. Total paz y tranquilidad. Solo se escuchan los sonidos de la naturaleza. Salimos enamorados de este cortijo. Absolutamente todo perfecto. Y José Manuel, un encanto de persona. Podría estar hablando con él todo el día.

Excellent house, well equipped, very clean, rooms are comfortable and very quiet. Beautiful scenery in a park with birds. The road can be a little long, but worth the comfort and view.The owner was super nice, came to clean the pool every two days and was always ready to assist if needed. The pool is small but so much appreciated with the hot weather. Going to Malaga was easy, so don't be afraid to be in the country side so much cooler and nice.

Casa perfecta, anfitrión 10, acceso malo.

El sitio es el lugar más tranquilo que puedas imaginar, la casa tiene de todo y el anfitrión es lo más amable que puedas encontrar, un placer. A destacar que el acceso no esta adecuado para coches bajos, es un camino sin asfaltar en algunos tramos no en muy buen estado. . El resto muy buen.

La experiencia en Allante ha sido espectacular, empezando por la cercanía, amabilidad y simpatía de Antonia y José Manuel, siempre dispuestos a facilitarlo todo y a qué no falte de nada, y continuando por la casa, situada en un enclave maravilloso, lejos de ruidos y ajetreos. La casa es maravillosa, no le falta un detalle, decorada con mucho gusto, y la zona de la piscina, tan bonita, con esas vistas. Sin lugar a dudas no podríamos haber elegido mejor alojamiento para pasar unos días. Totalmente recomendable y sin duda volveremos. Gracias Toñi y José Manuel!!

Amazing property

We had an amazing stay for 10days .. was nice to be close to Malaga yet out enough to have peace and quiet. The children loved the pool and having no neighbours meant we did not have to worry about their noise. We saw wildlife and would watch the gecko’s at night. Owners are amazing and friendly.. definitely recommended the house for anyone who wants to be off the grid!!!

El cortijo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia ideal de desconexión ( hay wifi y escasa cobertura por la zona ). Muy limpio todo, cocina bien equipada, incluido multitud de utensilios de cocina. Dormitorios con ventiladores. Sin duda es una casa que volveríamos a coger y hacer referencia también al anfitrión que nos proporcionó una atención excelente.

Un lugar para desconectar

Es una casa antigua, restaurada con gusto y repetando la esencia original. Llama la atención la limpieza con la que con tanto esmero ponen sus dueños para que la estancia sea lo mas agradable posible. Está aislada, libre de ruidos, luz, ajetreo, perfecta para dejarte deslumbrar por las estrellas y por el sonido relajado de la naturaleza. Jose Manuel muy atento en todo. Lo cierto que es que es un privilegio poder pasar unos dias de relax en este enclave tan maravilloso. La piscina pequeña pero perfecta para refrescarse. Una pena que solo hayamos estado un finde semana, porque lo ideal es quedarse una semana tranquilamente.

Super Urlaub, tolle Location im Naturschutzgebiet.

Zunächst vorab, besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück in der Natur gefallen. Wir wurden wie vereinbart durch die Gastgeber am Treffpunkt abgeholt. Dann erfolgte eine ca. 20 min. Fahrt ins Naturschutzgebiet über eine unbefestigte Straße mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Täler, Hügelkuppeln und Weitsicht bis ans Meer. Nach ca. 6-7 km gelangten wir dann in unser Tal, wo sich die Finca aus dem endenden 18. Jahrhundert befand. Wir hatten die Umgebung sogut wie für uns alleine. Warmwasser und Stromanschluss sowie eine gut Ausstattung sind vorhanden sowie einfaches WLAN. Von der Finca aus haben wir Malaga, Cordoba, Ronda und Granada jeweils in einem Tagesausfug besucht. Bei der 1. Anfahrt ist es ratsam, vorher für die nächste Zeit alles Nötige einzukaufen ( Wasser und Nahrungsmittel). Wir waren Mitte April vor Ort und überall waren Blütenteppiche, gesprenkelt in verschiedenen Farben. Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs und abends haben wir für uns in der gut ausgerüsteten Küche gekocht.

Paradise in the Hills

The hosts are amazing. They greeted us at a local restaurant and we followed them up to their beautiful home. They are very proud of their family home that is over 300 years old. It was completely renovated and has everything you need. We loved our stay. The road up to the house is quite windy, but if you take your time, it is fine. Aside from that, I highly recommend this property.
