This amazing Modern Craftsman inspired, stained glass accented home has everything you need to make the most of your stay as a couples retreat or family vacation in friendly Barrett Township.
Remodeled January 2020, this home hosts 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with modern amenities. Outside, guests will enjoy the firepit area.

The space
Perfect for a couples get away or a family retreat and time to reconnect with one another and nature.
Upon entering the private driveway it gives way the newly remodeled Modern Craftsman home. The front porch is perfect for sitting, reading a book and enjoying the outdoors. Once you enter the home from the side door, you enter into an open concept kitchen and living area.
The open kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinetry is fully stocked with anything needed to prep a sit down meal. There is a coffee area with a margarita maker stored in the overhead cabinet. The refrigerator includes a wine rack, the kitchen counter seats 3 and the kitchen table comfortably seats 6.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the open living room. The brown leather sectional sofa faces an electric fireplace and a large screen Roku tv with Basic Cable plus Go stations like DIY and HGTV and some sports. It is a snuggly and comfortable area to read books, watch t.v. or play games on the game ready coffee table.
Upon leaving the living area and walking down the hallway, you may open any of the three craftsman doors with glass knobs to enter the bedrooms. The master bedroom also has a Roku tv with Go stations.
Sliding barn doors grant you access to a coat closet and a spacious bathroom.
Bedsheets, towels, blankets and a kitchen stocked with cooking and eating utensils as well as coffee, tea and cooking spices is included for our guests.

The space is not child proofed. It is best for older children and adults. Pets are not allowed.
The base price is set for 2 adults. After 2 a fee of $35 a person will be charged.
We DO NOT allow outside guests, gatherings, parties of photoshoots. Each guest entering the property must be registered with us.
There are outside security cameras for the safety of the property.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to outside and the first floor of the property. The basement and attic areas are off limits.
