« If you're not a fan of the smell of weed, you'll probably not be too happy here. Everywhere smells like weed. I didn't care that much because I was gone 14 hours a day, but a family with kids might care. The staff is nice. I won't publicly name three outstanding staff, but K and B are just the best people. You know who you are, and thank you for being a bright spot at the end of the end. The air conditioner was broken in my room. To their credit, a maintenance person was up to have a look at it...

« This hotel is undergoing heavy construction. The email they sent after I booked said "light construction" but our hotel didnt have water or cable when we checked in. The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. »

« There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy. »

« Our family had an amazing stay at SpringHill Suites in Kansas City. Top notch staff. Hotel was very clean and very close to a lot of nice attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to others. »

« Stay was nice, property was cute and smelled good. The room was spacious and well designed. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the bathroom was nice. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner though there were hairs and other debris in the shower before we used it and parking was not the best but I would stay at this location again. »

« 1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. »

« Me and my family stayed here for the weekend while we attended Planet comic con getting 2 rooms. The hotel was great place to rest and stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The walls were a little thin being able hear loud but muffled talking and laughter through them, family had a minor issue with the temperature control in their mini fridge but overall it's a good place. It also is in walking distance from a few restaurants which is a good bonus. »

« The room was in no condition to deal with the humidity. We found tons of bugs in the room, the first night, a grasshopper, approximately 10 woodlice and dead butterfly. The check in and out was really easy. The breakfast was meh, not a lot of options and when we got there at 8AM almost everything was run off. »

« I have never had such a difficult time with a booking before! The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions.
