Host responded quickly when I had questions on how to use the Split AC/Heater unit, with his help we were able to use without any issues. Location is so close to Tennyson which has wonderful shops and restaurants. We were there to visit son nearby and able to walk to most places because of close proximity. »

« NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud. »
