'This hotel is the most convenient option for us when we visit family in Quincy. Being near the T is great. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had for this level of hotel. But... this time, the floors seemed a little sticky. And, they've reduced room cleaning/straightening to every other day; we don't need new towels and sheets every day, but it would be nice if they made the bed. Worse, the mattress in our room (504) had a huge trough! Needs to be flipped, or replaced.'

'Terrible experience. We landed after a long flight from Iceland, completely exhausted, and discovered there was no airport shuttle after 9:30pm even though it is supposed to operate 24 hours a day. Because of that, we had to pay for an Uber. When we finally got to our room, it smelled strongly of dog urine, and the blankets were musty, so we had to change rooms. 'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'It’s a nice hotel and the staff were friendly. Valet parking was friendly and went smoothly. I think the hotel would benefit from some sort of gift shop that has necessities people might need who are traveling. The room was clean and nice with plenty of outlets. I did have some minor issues regarding amenities within the room though. The weekend we were there, SummerSlam was on. That’s a must watch for my sons.
