Located on a private quiet side street.. Renovated LARGE beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - ALL BEDS NEW! NEW bed SIZES! TWO living room areas for your comfort. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level as well as laundry full bath, kitchen and living room area. Both bedrooms on main floor offer queen sized mattresses. 3rd Bedroom is located on lower level with a NEW KING MATTRESS for your comfort. Second living room area with plenty of seating area and flat screen tv. Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Sleeps 6 people VERY comfortably. Off street parking for one vehicle. Central AC . Outside seating area for your enjoyment. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well. Washer/dryer as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is located on the first floor of two family. No Parties are tolerated. No pets.

The location was perfect. My son got married in Danvers and they were staying at the Salem Waterfront which is a 5 minute walk from the townhome. My brother stayed in the second floor unit so it was nice to all be in the same building. The huge walk in closet in the basement was perfect for all our wedding clothes and items. It was a full basement with a big bedroom, bathroom and living room with TV. Nice to have a separate space from the rest of the house.Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The listing was accurate to what the unit offered.The only downside is our contact, Jennifer didn't have any idea about the orange bags for excess trash. We had to take a picture of the page in the handbook to show her that the unit didn't have these bags so we had to jam our trash in the bins. After we sent her the message, she never responded.Other than that she was responsive and addressed our questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculate clean, beds and bedding were comfortable. Check in was easy. We had one small issue during our stay and the host was quick to remedy it. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk around Salem from here. Lots of cute restaurants and attractions. It’s right across from waterfront so nice to walk to lighthouse at night and sunrise in morning. One of the best places I have stayed at.

Keurig water reservoir moldy. Couldn’t clean it out. Bath towels as thin as paper towels. Outdoor space needs cleaning and buggy. Need cement pad. WHY am I stripping beds when I pay a substantial cleaning fee?

Take the time to take in a Sail on the Fame of Salem (daytime and sunset sails of Salem Sound) Location allows short drive trips to other locations to explore. House was clean and quiet. The accommodations were immaculate, the beds and bedding soft and perfect, and everything was a close walk. We had one small issue during the stay and the host was quick to remedy it. Salem is a walkable city, and the location for this place is perfect to walk. The maritime historical locations are all right there to tour, anf we were right across from lighthouse. We enjoyed walking out to see the sunrise and walking around at night exploring.

Wonderful unit so convenient.

We only had the chance to come down to Salem for one night on this trip but this unit was so conveniently located and everything we could ask for. We are already talking about planning another trip to the area and hope to get this same place again next time.

Amazing waterfront stay in historic Salem

This was our third time staying at this property and we love it. Water view from the living room, the location is amazing and the property is spacious and has everything we need. The host is also extremely responsive. Highly recommend.
