"Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The room was very clean, including the bathroom and toilet, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well throughout my stay, which was especially appreciated with outdoor temperatures around 30°C. There were, however, a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. Given the hot weather, providing complimentary bottled water would be a thoughtful gesture for guests. I also encountered an issue with the shower soap dispenser. On my second evening, I discovered it was empty while I was already in the shower, so I had to step out and use/pump the liquid hand soap from the sink soap dispenser instead. I did not report the issue because I assumed housekeeping would notice and refill it during the next day's service. Unfortunately, the dispenser was still empty the following evening, and I had to do the same thing again. It was disappointing that this was not identified and addressed during routine housekeeping. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Paying closer attention to small details, such as replenishing bathroom amenities and providing complimentary water, would further enhance the guest experience."

"Aangename accommodatie met basis comfort. Schoon, maar wat ouder en materialen van mindere kwaliteit. Standaard ontbijt, maar ruime hoeveelheden. Netjes gepresenteerd. Super vriendelijk personeel. Perfecte ligging: Vlak aan de Porta Nuova (centraal station en metro), de winkelstraten en op wandelafstand van het Egyptisch museum en de historische trekpleisters."

"Heel net hotel, personeel heel correct en de kamer ruim en netjes. De buitenomgeving bij het zwembad had wat netter gekunt. De parkeerplaats voor het hotel is onbetaald en (grotendeels) onbewaakt. Hierdoor was er bij een andere gast ingebroken in zijn auto. Gezien de omgeving van het hotel is dat inderdaad niet heel vreemd. (Aan de rand van de stad, vlakbij een parkje). Tegen een kleine betaling is het daarom verstandig om gebruik te maken van de afgesloten en bewaakte parkeergarage en -plaats. We hebben niet ontbeten in dit hotel, wel gebruik gemaakt van het buffet restaurant voor het diner. Ook dit was netjes verzorgd en het personeel was heel attent."
