'It is about 300 m walk to the residence once you get off the bus. It is about a five minute bus ride to Fiesole. Easy to get into Florence downtown with a 30 minute bus ride to Duomo. Nice hot shower! It could use a better bed. Other than that I’d stay again but having a car would be more convenient. Nice restaurant when you get off the bus. '

'The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

"Very nice hotel with a excellent staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is perfect with alot of food. Location is 1,5km from the city but with the bus and trams on the front of the hotel it’s easy to go to the city. We loved it!"
