'Located in a beautiful Tuscan country side with wonderful views from the front of the house to the hills. We staed in the lower appartment in July which is very spacious, clean and has a lovely interior, good beds and two bathrooms. All windows have screens against musquitos. No airco and only one ventilator which was not sufficient enough in the heat of this year. One in each bed room would have been nice. 'The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. 'Pros: Sehr schönes Areal, gepflegt - Wohnung - wie beschrieben - alles vorhanden Cons: Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. Auf Nachfrage: alles privat. Die Wohnung ist für 4-5 Gäste ausgelegt, aber es gab nur 2 Liegestühle. Ebenfalls nachgefragt: der Besitzer gestattet nur max 2 Liegestühle pro Wohnung. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, kein Schatten und das bei 34 Grad.'
