'The cabin was an awesome home base for our two teens and a friend each. They skied every day - at Beech and Sugar. Host was very responsive - not that we had any issues - tho we asked for recommendations. House was clean and well appointed - lots of bathrooms - great set up for a big family or two! '

'Easy to check in the road getting out there is a little whiny but expected for a mountain town overall the perfect stay for my self in the group I was with. And was nice to have Uber and Lyft pick us up to go downtown Boone for a night out'

'Our family and another family shared this adorable space. Super convenient to Beech Mountain Sledding Hill, town, and ski resort! Kids loved the room with the bunk beds. The place was clean and comfy. Well equipped kitchen. Owners were fantastic — very communicative and accommodating to some of our requests!'

'What a wonderful property! There were 4 adults staying in the cabin for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all, the two king beds were perfect. The cabin was super cozy, clean, well stocked for our needs. The firepit was awesome. But, the best part was the beautiful trees and all of the deer. Such a great experience.'

'We loved staying here. The fire pit and creek were definite high points. Tge rooms were nice and beds comfortable. The stairs were steep but there were other access points for the first floor. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook meals for our group but it was small but very nice.'

'Every year I spend a week with my four older grandchildren. We call it Camp T-Ma. (T-Ma is my grandmother name) The kids loved the river, climbing on the rocks, swimming and fishing. They camped out, or tried to, one night in a tent. We went to Grandfather Mountain, and then hiked a great trail on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Another day we drove to Damascus to ride the Virginia Creeper Trail. The hot tub was a big hit! We loved it!!! '

Our 18 yo son, 21 and 25 year old nephew and niece loved the movie and game room as well as the fire pit. It was more than enough room for our family of eight. Close proximity to everything. Our host Siva and SindWill definitely stay again!'

"One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of driving everywhere, but to visit a brewery, walking would seem a safer option. Pleasant enough motel but not sure we'd return."
