The balcony, which faces the lake, is furnished with high-quality patio furniture. The beach is only about 100 m away.<br><br>Your living room has laminate flooring and features a cozy sitting area that invites you to relax. The TV with Sky reception and the stereo system provide plenty of entertainment in this vacation apartment.<br><br>In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a walk-in closet. The windows of the vacation rental are fitted with pleated blinds. The bedroom floor is covered with high-quality laminate flooring.<br><br>The kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. You can enjoy a relaxed meal at the cozy dining table.<br><br>The comfortable bathroom is tiled and equipped with a shower and toilet.<br><br>The Residenz Seestern vacation complex is located in the center of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the resort’s wellness area, which includes free use of the swimming pool (the Residenz Seestern wellness area will be closed from Jan. 6, 2025, through Jan. 26, 2025, for maintenance and deep cleaning). You can spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the first floor of Residenz Seestern.<br><br>The complex features an elevator and an underground parking garage (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bicycle storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. Of course, every vacation apartment at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony. <br>When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandbox, climbing frame, and nest swing.<br><br>As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground parking garage.<br><br>Next to the underground parking garage, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. <br>Storage rooms and niches in the underground parking garage are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
