'The place was very clean! comfortable. Loved the little screened in patio-we sat out there almost the whole time when were there.... so close to the Country Club-we don't golf but if we did that would've been amazing! Pool area is very nice and the all the neighbors were super friendly! 10/10 -will definitely stay there again. :) '

'We stayed here for 3 nights and found it very comfortable. We were greeted with a huge box sitting outside the front door when we first arrived. When we took it inside there were more packages in the second bedroom. It’s a good job we weren’t using that room!!! There are some good features about the home like a comfortable bed, great shower, nice big tv , laundry etc however there are some negatives too. 'This home was so comfy, well organized and stocked with the best smelling towels and linens. The walk to the beach was a breeze, and they had chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use on your trip. Groceries were a short walk away and communication was quick and easy. I would love to visit again.'

'I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

'Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!'
