'Excellent property, 5-10 minutes walk away fro the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase. The apartment is very clean, modern and stylish. I visited with my 16 and 12 year old children and was perfect for our needs. A kitchen with fridge freezer, coffe machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric hob and oven. 'The studio itself is very nice, clean, well equipped, freshly renovated, and spacious for one, even two… you’d forget walking the 6 flights up. But the fact that you need to pick up and return the keys from/to a ship that’s 15min walk away ruined the experience for me. It is simply not practical at all and very constraining. I like the area a bit calm but safe. I’d go back if they change the key pick up.'
