'Mooi en zeer goed uitgerust huis met aparte badkamers voor elke kamer, prachtig zwembad, épicerie vlakbij voor de baguette ‘s ochtends en heel veel bezienswaardigheden en wandelingen in de omgeving. Hebben een hele leuke vakantie beleefd met deze locatie als uitvalsbasis om de streek te ontdekken.'

'Huis op een zeer rustige locatie (Cucussac, gehucht van de gemeente Bout-du-Pont-de-l'Arn) met ruime tuin en met veel groen rondom. Een echte aanrader voor wie van rust houdt. Het huis bezit alle comfort nodig voor een vakantiehuis waar men vooral buiten leeft. Prima verwarmd zwembad (28-29C). Vriendelijk no-nonsense onthaal door de eigenaar met wie tijdens het verblijf vlot gecommuniceerd kan worden. Er is een grootwarenhuis (hypermarkt E. Leclerc) op 7 minuten rijden van het verblijf. '

'Gîtes au bord de la piscine,parfait pour passer des vacances agréables, pièces a vivre très grandes. Terrasse au pieds de la piscine avec une vue a l'horizon sur les Pyrénées. Par contre pour notre arrivée nous avons appelé s 12 fois la personne pas de réponse. Quand vous êtes devant la maison et vous attendez j'ai tout de suite resenti une arnaque... vacances gâchées.Nous avons joint par téléphone BelvillaEn 2 fois un robot gentil mais pas efficace et le numéro SOS... 1 réponse 5 jours après...

'Très bel endroit ,calme et reposant Mais les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur du prix de la maison .Menage moyenMatelas jaunis Vu la taille des matelas, les draps devraient etre obligatoirement a la disposition des locataires Parosol cassé ,chasse d eau cassée, nous l avons signalé pour les prochains locataires et ça devait etre réparer. 'Lovely property. Loved the rooms. IT was very hot and air conditioning would have helped. Also would have been good to have waste bags and toilet paper provided, at least for the first few days. Otherwise, loved it, the pool was awesome. '

'Déçu :la maison sympa mais la piscine HS( skimmer qui fuit donc remplissage journalier ,eau à 21 ° ),pas de ventilateurs dans la maison alors qu'il fait hyper chaud ,toute la vaisselle est quasiment ébréchée ,visite d'un des proprios tous les jours probablement dû à la piscine (on est quand même en vacances !!),bref pas top en qualité au regard du prix'

'What a wonderful holiday at this amazing Villa. Firstly, a big thank you to the owners who were amazing and answered all our queries and were very fair minded when checking out. This really is a luxury apartment and everything was as stated. The pool is excellent as well as the hot tub. The are lots of eating areas and plenty of room to sunbath on the decking. I can recommend taking advantage of the visiting chef - he was excellent. The property has aircon which works extremely well. The kitchen...

'Das Haus erfüllt alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, so dass man gut kochen und backen kann. Die Zimmer haben genug Stauraum. Auch im Bad ist genug Platz. Der Aussenbereich hat einen schönen Blick in die Landschaft und im höheren Bereich eine Hängematte, wo chillen Pflicht ist. Das Schwimmbad ist ausgezeichnet und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Der Grill hat uns schöne Abende beschert. Das nahe gelegene Dorf ist zauberhaft...

'The hosts met us at the house, great communication and recommendations. Very friendly area, the shop across the road does almost everything especially breakfast croissants. The pool was a fantastic addition and a highlight for our 2 year old. I would say the photos dont do it justice'

Would recommend that the listing is clearer that NO towels are provided without charge as this is now a requirement in the UK.Some information about local places, i.e. Carcassonne, Narbonne, etc. and perhaps a map of the area would have allowed us to give full 5 stars.'

'We had an amazing 3 weeks here in August/September. The house is well equipped, clean, comfortable with an amazing garden and views from all of the terraces. There of a number of spaces outside were you can eat and socialise and enjoy the views and listening to the chiming of the church bell. Great areas to visit too, Carcassonne, Béziers, Narbonne and Gruissan among them. Thoroughly enjoyed, very relaxing and highly recommended. '
