This home was quite a disappointment. Upon arrival, we found four-foot plus tall thistle growing in the backyard, the gate broken, three overflowing rotten-smelling trash cans, and the master shower did not drain at all. The host team took several hours to respond to my requests for assistance which I expressed immediately upon arrival. However, a landscape and repair crew came the next day mid-morning and spent several hours working hard, which we appreciated. When we pulled the sheets down in the master bed, they clearly had not been washed and had to be laundered before we could sleep on them. Many other areas of the home also needed cleaning. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are almost empty, with nowhere close to enough cookware, dishware, or flatware to cook or serve a meal. Additionally, the mowing crew showed up midweek unannounced, and entered the backyard where our granddaughters were playing. Had our dog been out there, it would not have gone well. As a courtesy to the guests and in the interest of the lawn worker's safety, the management team should let the guest know when this will maintenance will happen. Or at the very least, the crew should announce their arrival before entering the backyard. On the positive side, if this home receives regular cleaning, maintenance, and additional kitchen supplies, it would be a good choice. The home has been updated, has a large dining space with ample seating, a nice grill, laundry machines, and is in a very nice location.
