'Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. '

'Room needs updating, mold growing in shower'

'The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.'

'We stayed here several nights until we were able to get back into our home after it was damaged by water. So we had kittens and kids with us, and were all together a hot mess when we arrived. But the staff were all so friendly and patient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was top-notch. 'All staff were excellent. Issues were with the property, that has a 4 star ranking. No room service, no included breakfast, parking charges, $20 for a glass of wine in downstairs bar, overpriced restaurant on top level, cheap uncomfortable pillows, housekeeping upon request, hot water in the shower after leaving on for 10-15 minutes, no microwave, no minibar, two very small drawers, no turndown service, bathroom sinks do not drain properly, room temperature will not go below 66 degrees....

Trying to check inn the desk clerk was more concerned with talking to someone on the phone about his car getting repaired.
