Venturing slightly further afield keen walkers can enjoy exploring the South Downs National Park and there are many visitor attractions to keep the family entertained, including Goodwood with its various annual events, Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, Fishbourne Roman Palace, many National Trust properties and Arundel Castle.

Enter the property, into the welcoming hallway and head through into the light and airy lounge/diner. Enjoy relaxing in front of the wood burner on one of the two comfortable sofas, watching your favourite programmes on the TV. The dining area has comfortable seats for everyone for those delicious family meals that have been whipped up in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading back into the hallway you will find two bedrooms: a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room with a walk in shower and WC and a twin bedroom. Leading off from the twin bedroom is a delightful conservatory with a table and chairs which is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. The property is completed with a further shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, is an enclosed garden to enjoy, with table and chairs, great for summer entertaining. Private parking is available for two cars.
