Room was nothing special and bathroom was dirty, the shower are was just some old flooring. Housekeeping came in twice over 4 nights, she took our old bedding off and left the new one in the bed for us to make. Also the towels only got changed once and when they did the old ones were just left on the floor. Room needs updating wasn’t clean at all, it looked like the house keeper had just emptied the bins when they came in was really disappointed at the standards. The food was half decent got a bit repetitive though. Also had to fend myself from several cats from jumping up at me whilst eating the staff didn’t even seem bothered. Some of the staff are also rude when I asked if they would serve me some ice cream whilst the afternoon snack time was in place they just laughed at me really weirdly. Wouldn’t visit again.

Ett hotell man inte ska bo på om man är rörelsehindrad. Hela hotellet ligger i etage med trappor utan räcken. Allmänt smutsigt på hotellet som bilden visar från vårt badrum

В целом впечатление очень хорошее. Территория большая, красивая, вкусная еда, чистый бассейн, отличный кальян, а виды и закаты просто незабываемые. Номер конечно не большой, но есть шкафы и можно все вещи разместить. Идти до пляжа не далеко, до Битеза минут 8, до Гюмбета минут 15. Мне не понравился душ, тк его уже нужно обновить и мне не понравилось слушать утреннюю молитву от мечети в 6 утра. Но к сожалению это во всей Турции так, кроме турестических районов и мы быстро привыкли. Есть возможность сходить на дикий пляж с голубой, прозрачной водой. Мы даже встречали рассвет там. Так как стоимость отеля низкая, по сравнению со всем Бодрумом, то очень достойный вариант

Staff were friendly and helpful, Pools were nice and peaceful, food was good. Do not go if you do not like steps. Steps in the main were uneven and some no handrails. During the evening entry was easier to the bar through the restaurant but after it was closed access to our room was dark and no directions. There were a lack of toilet facilities around the bar. area and we had to use the pool toilets which were dark and with uneven step. There was no warning of steps on the website. The hotel was tired and needed attention. Our room was spacious but need a good clean.

Kalitesi düşük bir yer
Denize ulaşımı yada yakınlığı yok. Yemekler çok kötü olduğu için hep dışarıdan yemek zorunda kaldık. Rus turistin çoğunlukta tercih ettiği bir otel. Personel kalitesi çok değişken, temizlik açısından idare eder. Covid önlemi hiç yok.. Personel bile takmıyor, sorduğunuzda gülüyorlar.

Best view in Gumbet
Second time in Riva. My room had an amazing view from the balcony, you cannot beat it. food was great.staff couldn't have been more friendlier.. Only complaint is lack of TV channeos and Wifi reception.Overall we are very satisfied with Riva!

Odaya girmek kabus
Otele giriş kabus oldu. 25 dk odayı gösterecek kişiyi bekledik. Sonra tam gidiyoruz asansörün orda resepsiyon geri çağırdı acil diye bize -1 de bulunan bar da bekleyin 2 dk geliyorum dedi. 20 dk da orda bekledik gelen yok. 45 dk sıcakta bekledikten sonra kendi oda mı kendim aradım ve buldum. Oda nın banyosunun gideri ters eğime konulmuş, duş yaparken ayaklar kirli suyun içinde kalıyor. ayrıca banyodan taşan su koridora kadar gidiyor. Tuvaletin teharet musluğu bozuktu. Anlayacağınız ilk giriş fiyasko. Personel genel anlamda iyidi.

Никому не посоветую опиратся на положительные отзывы об отеле Riva Bodrum resort. Мы приехали и нам дали,то что было,а не то что мы бронировали, а именно- бунгала с гусеницами на стенах,грязными унитазами, полугодней пылью в углах,мятыми шторами,можно и далее перечислять. Номера не соответствуют заявленным и конечно,не стоят своей цены. На наши возмущения персонал обещал,что уберут- не убрали,в один из номеров все же зашли, положили тонну полотенец,чтоб мы закрыли рты и забыли тряпку для пыли в ванной, кстати с дырой в двери и холодной водой из душа по утрам. В общем мы усилием воли забрали свою оплату обратно,но так как поужинали, оплатили первые сутки проживания. Крайне недобросовестное отношение. Верьте всем плохим отзывам и даже питание могло быть лучше. Подозреваю,что нормальные номера там тоже есть, которые нам пообещали на днях или позже,но обещанное как говорится,три года ждут. Переехали в отель у пляжа Ambrosia. Без обедов,правда,но были вполне довольны. Очевидно,что люди стараются. Так,что Riva для нас оказался просто ужасным.

Ужасный отель! не бронируйте там номер!!!
Ужасный Отель! Фотографии на Hotels.com не соответствуют действительности. Номера предоставили ужасно грязные, двери в ванную комнату проломлены, ручка входной двери в номер отвалилась сразу, пыль и грязь была везде где не добрались ленивые горничные, вытяжка в ванной шумела как самолет. Возле входа в наш номер рассыпали мусор и пол дня не убирали, даже после моих замечаний, все старое и развалившееся. С какой совестью Отель за такую цену предоставляет такие номера? Wifi работает только в вестибюле, в остальной территории интернета просто нет! Еда более менее нормальная. До пляжа идти далеко вниз, подниматься обратно тоже нелегко, хотя если есть желание подкачать ноги, то полезно. Мы сразу заплатили за 8 дней, но после того, что мы увидели сразу захотели съехать, персонал за стойкой не хотели нам возвращать деньги, но после долгих споров, деньги вернули, девушка за стойкой оказалась туповатой. Мы там потратили очень много нервов, разговаривать с персоналом тяжело, плохо знают английский. Но один день мы там пробыли, пока не нашли новый отель, и на следующий день выехали и забронировали номер в Ambrosia hotel. Там и провели отпуск. Если уж забронировали номер в этом отеле, прежде чем отдавать деньги посмотрите номера.

Worth it for the view
What makes this hotel is the amazing view of the bay below. Initially put into a club room within hotel grounds which was very tired. Moved to a room in hotel itself which was much more modern and spacious. A few staff were fantastic, some not so much. Pool areas nice but lacking any atmosphere. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. General maintenance and cleanliness around the whole resort appeared to be lacking. Appreciate it’s coming up to the end of the season.

Close to Taksim, Modern and Enough
This hotel is close to Taksim by a high slope, it is tiring to walk upwards and also the surrounding area doesnt look safe to walk at night. But since it is very central, taksi ride will take you anywhere within minutes. Hotel is quite new and modern, rooms are big enough and breakfast was ok. You can chose this one for quick trips in downtown area in Europe side

Ta bort Riva från Expedia.
Smutsigt, trasigt, lovar mycket men håller inget. Ett tyskt hostel eller vandrarhem hade skämts. Kunde inte ladda upp bilden med entréskylten men den har NOLL stjärnor. Vilket är en korrekt gradering. Receptionsbilden på Rivas hemsida är tillrättalagd och förbättrad i efterhand. Våra bilder visar något helt annat.

Complete waste of money
Myself and a friend were due to stay here. Within being there for 1 hour we left. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service and condition of this resort. Dirty, broken appliances and breakfast buffet was mediocre. We really believe this listing should be reviewed as the photos are completely misleading. Complete waste of money

The place is not bad overall, the rooms are not that comfortable, the ac wasn’t working well, they only changed the bed sheets without cleaning the room. The staff are so friendly, the food is ok all inclusive very gd idea u can sit and chill next to the pool and have ur drink with friends.

Resepsiyondaki çalışan önce bize oda yok deyip gönderdi, internet üzerinden rezervasyon yapınca almak zorunda kaldı. Güler yüzlü değiller. Tek kelime etmeden elimize anahtar verildi hiçbirşey anlatılmadı. Otel çok eski ve çok kirli. Dokunduğum her yerden toz bulaşıyordu. Çocuksuz otel ama çocuklu otellerden daha sesli. Çok karışık olduğu için istediğiniz yeri bulamıyorsunuz hatta kayboluyorsunuz. Bir gün kaldıktan sonra daha uygun fiyata 5 yıldızlı otele geçtik.

Herşey dahil konseptinden soğutan ve bir daha asla kapısının önünden geçmeyi düşünmediğim yer, herşey dahil konsepti için verdikleri kağıtta girişte 2 su ücretsizdir ve odaya diğer günler su verilmeyeceğini belirtiyorlar yani 3 gün boyunca odaya su vermediler bu yüzden. bu kadar mı ucuzsunuz ? İçkiler desen bira marmara34 şarap köpek öldüren ,rakıya ağzımı sürmem yemekler felaketti.Odalar çok kötü değil temizliği yapılıyor ama bir daha asla gitmem
