'Good location for travelling, even close enough to drive downtown Staunton. Hotel grounds very neat and good parking, first impression inside very clean and open and very friendly staff. Room was spacious and quite clean, bathroom needs some professional plumber do the caulking and removal of mold, though generally clean. 'The front desk staff was very helpful on check in. We booked a king room with Expedia but it wasn't available on arrival. Apparently, there is a problem between Marriott and Expedia when handling some bookings where one does not communicate with the other. However, the staff was quick to correct the problem by upgrading us to a double queen which was fine with us. Cheers to the front desk team at this property!'

'Due to Expedia quoting things about rooms ALWAYS call hotel to confirm I booked a room with “ 2 queens and a sofa sleeper” got there was told that’s not they have in premise had to battle Expedia for the “incorrect” advertising on there site and all they offered me was $25 for my inconvenience and misleading offer online told hotel they also need to notify them for future travelers'
