'The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. The only 2 full service restaurants were both closed on Monday AND Tuesday, the 2 nights we were there. Went to a very busy overcrowded restaurant in Hot Springs one night. Thank goodness for the Milk House Market for sandwiches and pizza! '

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend. Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes. Ik kom graag terug'
