The lower level is an entertainment haven, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and a console stocked with games for all ages. Kids will love the adorable bunk bed house—a perfect spot for little ones to play and relax

The hot tub awaits for ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. The home’s well-equipped coffee bar, including a Keurig, Nespresso machine, and drip coffee maker, ensures you`ll always start your day off right.

You will have the entire home (with the exception of the owners closet) to yourself and although we are in a neighborhood, you will feel like you are alone on our tucked away lot!

Other things to note
Plenty of parking is available on the gravel area just outside the home. The final 100 feet of the drive is a paved driveway. Right before the home is a short incline up to the home - With a little bit of speed, you will have no issues! Do not break coming to the base of the hill but use momentum to carry right on up. This is all part of having a Mountain View experience!

Please note that the property is accessed via well maintained gravel roads. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended, especially during rain or snow.

Guests are prohibited from disconnecting the Wifi router or tampering with the security cameras. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the property. When using the thermostat only change the temperature. Please do not change any configuration settings. OWNER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY to Guest, Guests or pet: It is expressly understood and agreed that Owner will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises, both inside and outside of the house, whether on the property or elsewhere. THE SUPERVISION AND SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS/PETS ARE THE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL, OR PARENTS/ CARETAKERS ( IF MINORS/PETS) ON THE PREMISES, including but not limited to decks, fire pit, stairs, railings and any and all other activities on the premises.
