'We are a family of 6 with 4 kids between 15-21 all of whom are elite distance runners so our plan was to explore the running trails in high altitude in the cool mountain pre-summer climate. This house was the perfect location for us as most of the best trails were accessed via the Blue Ridge parkway which is just 7-8 minutes drive from this house. 'Cabin was cozy and warm with the nice propane heater. Firepit and grill were great, creek was really nice. Wifi went out a couple times, shower was great, but a bit clunky to use.'

'This was better than I expected. I would love to come and stay for a week and just relax. It is on a quiet farm the back of the property in the woods right on a stream and with the fall colors having all the windows on the ceiling and around the room were amazing. The bathroom you do have to go outside to use what it’s attached to the building and it has a little heater so it was not a big deal. It was magical to say the least. I would stay here again and highly recommend recommended to others. '
