Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. 'We arrive very late that night. The property was very clean updated the breakfast wasn’t the best, but they did have prepared to go bag goodies for those who couldn’t stay for breakfast which I thought that was a very unique gesture and I had not seen that in different hotels.'

'Lamp didnt work, walls were splashed with something brown, shower curtain dirty, door wouldnt lock.'

'They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation.'

'The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained when I arrived. The bed, bathroom, floors, and all surfaces were spotless, and everything smelled fresh. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff takes pride in keeping the rooms in excellent condition. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again.'
