The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.40 m), and a sofa bed in the living room. Down blankets, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided (please note: blankets are used, so be mindful of allergies). The bathroom includes a bath with shower and a double sink. The toilet is separate for extra convenience.

In the living area, you'll find a flat-screen digital TV, WiFi, and cozy seating. The apartment is heated via electric heating and an electric boiler; consumption is settled via the deposit. Pets under 10 kg are welcome, and the apartment is non-smoking. A lift provides access and is suitable for wheelchairs. Guests can also use the bicycle storage room and enjoy the rare convenience of a private parking space.
