We had a nice stay overall. The home itself was very nice, cozy, and comfortable, and it truly felt like a warm place to relax for the weekend.However, there were a few challenges that made arrival difficult—especially given the extreme cold temperatures. The snow was not shoveled on the steps or the deck leading to the front door, which made entering a bit unsafe. Additionally, the electronic key code did not work, and we had to call customer service to gain access while standing outside in negative-degree weather.We also experienced difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi and had to reach out to customer service again, who provided a different network name and password than what was listed.With a little more attention to snow removal and ensuring access details are fully functional before guest arrival, this would be an even better experience. The home itself is lovely, and we appreciate the support from customer service when issues came up.
