'Check in was slow, three people at the counter and only one helped, even with a line. Our room was missing the tv remote when we checked it. They got us replacements. There was a loose tile in the bathroom floor in front of the toilet and shower. The water/shower handle was loose and coming out of the wall. The breakfast was great.'
