In a protected area, this bright villa (classified 4 stars by the Biscarrosse tourist office) will encourage you to rest and relax. Located in a quiet area, not overlooked, in a large 3700m2 park with trees The 200m2 terrace (facing south), around the heated (5x12m) swimming pool (from May 20 to September 15, 2018) and secure, in front the master suite, furnished with parasol, deckchair and brazier, is a place to sunbathe, read a good book, play with the children (tranpoline, football cage, basketball hoop, ping pong table, bicycle) or dinner in the evening surrounded by nature (outdoor kitchen area with large table for 14 people, lounge, BBQ, plancha).

Our holiday home is particularly comfortable. The appliances are new (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer).
The living room allows 10 people to dine around a large table or chat in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven hood, fridge and freezer.
The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms are distributed as follows:
2 bedrooms (with double bed) with a bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the pool side (south side), one of which has TV and direct access to the pool
2 bedrooms: the first has a double bed; the second: a double bed and 2 bunk beds (ideal for children) these two rooms are far from the first 2.
They have a bathroom with washbasin and WC
For very young children you will find a high chair, a foldable baby cot, a sterelizer. We live on site to maintain the pool and the park. our entrances are separate, only the outside laundry room and the parking lot are shared. you will not see us during your stay unless you call us for stewardship by sms
This villa is the ideal spot for holidays with family or friends.
