« We had an excellent stay. This is one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house is adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were very comfy. There are two great areas to spend time relaxing outside. The neighborhood is quiet, and just a little ways out of town. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Stay was very enjoyable. Air conditioning was on when we got there. The only thing I think could have made stay better is having supplies accessible for coffee bar. Definitely would come again. »

« The house was really clean, and welcoming. The house is really cute, and the basement is a nice area to hang out and have fun. All the rooms were clean and linen was freshly washed. Neighborhood is really cute as well. We had no concerns, and felt safe. The hosts were super responsive when we had a question, which is really appreciated. Didn’t feel like if something needed to be addressed that we’d be left hanging. »

« It was very peaceful and quiet……we loved it! The host was very welcoming with a note for us on the board in the dinning room. We stayed over Oktoberfest weekend and it was just a block away from Main Street which was perfect, cause we could walk to every where and not deal with traffic. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to the host for making us feel like we were at a home away from home! »

« The house was exactly as expected from the listing. Very clean. Provided code for door in advance. Easy check out. We didn't take pets but it is pet friendly but you don't notice any pet smells or hair. Worked perfectly for us with 4 adults and easy trip to Frankenmuth. Lots of local options for shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again. »

« Cute house in a great location, Walking distance to downtown Bay City. Had some plumbing issues and the property manager was quick on getting service. Rooms were spacious, large dining table and cozy living area. Bathroom upstairs needs work and the shower in the downstairs needs to be fixed »

« This was the best vacation ever. The booking and communication was phenomenal the house was perfect and very clean. I very much appreciated all the little extra's they provided such as tin foil, plastic zip lock bags, spices and so much more of those little things you just don't think of. This was our first mutli family (Mimi, myself, my sister and my daughter and sons families) vacation and it was phenomenal so I am positive there will be several more. « I made a mistake on my reservation and vrbo would do nothing, but Jason gave me several options and saved our trip, which in this case was for a funeral so already extremely stressful. »

« It was our 3rd year staying here and it is wonderful--so clean, well stocked, great location, comfy beds, nice, quiet neighborhood. James is a great host, communicated quickly! Hope to be back again next year. »

« Beautiful renovation to the house. More than enough room for family of 6. Quick 2-3 min drive to just about anywhere in town. Kids had fun in the game room and roaming the property outside, from tossing football to chasing fireflies at night. Thank you for the great stay! »
