'The hotel has been very clear with communication from the start. The check in was easy and convenient. (Only downside I encountered - what you will encounter in most small Southern Europe hotels - is that they make a copy of your passport which legally is not allowed by most countries. I’d recommend bringing your own copy already without your photo and social security number to avoid this). Receptionist understood why I had an issue with this and we sorted it quickly.
