The Prorer Wiek Residence is centrally located in town, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful sandy beach in Binz, the beach promenade, and the pedestrian zone with its restaurants, cafés, bakeries, boutiques, and other shopping options—right next to the spa park and the Haus des Gastes.

Among the amenities of this modern apartment building are one free parking space per apartment, a lockable bike storage room, an elevator, and shared washing and drying machines (coin-operated machines).
For wellness enthusiasts, a communal sauna with a relaxation room is available, which you are welcome to use for a small fee.

Apartment 1 is located on the first floor and features a terrace and a small garden area. With 60 square meters of living space, it can accommodate up to 4 people for your vacation.
The 3-room apartment consists of a spacious living-dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining terrace.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and another small room with a bunk bed, which is suitable only for children.
The bathroom has a shower.
One pet is allowed. Please note that for
pets, additional fees of €10.00 per night apply, as well as a one-time pet cleaning fee of €25.00.
