'Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. '

'Walked upstairs to fund out the key didnt work. No one could look into the issue. Had to down grade the bed I reserved.l. got to the room there was so signal. Call desk and again no on e to fix the issue'

'The only good thing was it was next store to the casino. TV went out and I called the front desk to ask for help and the gal said, I don't know anything about it and I am the only one here. Then when taking a shower in the morning we found out they have sulphur water, didn't even feel like you took a shower!! Could not get out of there fast enough. Oh and we are in our 70's and they gave us a 2nd floor room and there is NO ELEVATOR! Will NEVER STAY there again!'

'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'

'Biggest issue I had was an almost total lack of the ability to speak English by the person at the front desk at night. I made a reservation for two rooms. It asked for the other travelers’s name for the second room when I made the booking. The gentleman checking me in, could not find the other reservation. He took a screenshot of his computer to show me and on the screenshot was the name of the person that the room was under. He could not grasp that this person was there under my...

'My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!'
