Holiday Home 'Am Waldrand' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

This cosy 49 m² holiday home is located in Billerbeck in the Münsterland region, right at the edge of the Baumberge forest, and accommodates up to 4 guests. You have a living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms – one with a double bed and a small room with a single bed that can also be used as a workspace with a desk – as well as a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation offers a small kitchen with dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, barbecue and a dedicated work area.



Enjoy your private garden with both a covered and open terrace, ideally situated at the forest's edge. The quiet holiday park between Billerbeck, Havixbeck and Nottuln allows you to enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of Münsterland.



Public parking is available on the street. Pets are welcome (maximum one animal), but must stay in the downstairs rooms and are not allowed in the upstairs bedrooms. Events are not permitted on the property.



Please note the very steep staircase leading to the upper rooms – this accommodation is therefore not suitable for small children. There is no street lighting in the holiday park. This is a non-smoking property, and noise should be avoided. As your hosts are active musicians, acoustic music at a low volume is welcome. The hosts live on site, but not in the holiday home. Nearby, you will find a bistro with good cuisine and a small outdoor swimming pool available to guests.
