« This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. « We had a great time at the Road Runner Resort. The house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Would have loved to spend time on the upper deck, but it was a bit cold and also the chairs were dirty. I can see how, as there are birds everywhere and it would be impossible to keep it clean. We were glad there weren't a lot of people as we happened to be right next to the pool and it might have gotten noisy, but would still have been fun! « The community is really cute and the locaiton is perfect. Having the bar/restaurant on the property along with a little strip of beach and a pool made everything so easy, you didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to! The unit itself was small but designed so well it totally worked with two couples. We especially liked the outdoor space, the upstairs deck was perfect for nights after a long day on the water.
