Enjoy fun days and peaceful nights at your Hidden Haven in beautiful North Georgia! This great 3-bedroom, 2½-bathroom pet-friendly vacation home in Big Canoe has space to sleep up to 6 guests, so it's perfectly sized for a family, a few couples, or a group of friends. On top of peaceful wooded views and community extras – including a golf course, tennis courts, 3 lakes, trails, and exclusive restaurants – it's outfitted with the conveniences of home, entertainment, and space to unwind in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Begin days with coffee or tea on the deck before making breakfast for the group in the fully equipped kitchen. For lunch, have steaks or burgers from the Traeger smoker. When you're not out exploring North Georgia on a scenic drive, at a local winery, or at a family farm, come back to Hidden Haven to cozy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace, sip moonshine in a rocker, or unwind in the bubbling outdoor hot tub.

Ready to play? Break out the board games in the cabin, play air hockey, or try your hand at arcade games. The bedrooms have TVs, and there's high-speed wireless internet in the home for guest convenience. You'll even have a big screen TV for added entertainment! This pet-friendly vacation home also offers a washer/dryer and a good mix of bedding for a group – including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bunk, and 2 twin daybeds.

While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

dit vakantiehuis ligt in een landelijke omgeving en in de bergen in Jasper. Bezoek Big Canoe Outdoor Tennis Center en Cairn View Winery als je graag iets actiefs wilt doen. Overall, the house was fine. Our son was disappointed the arcade didn't work(this was one of the reasons we chose this property). We really liked the neighborhood and amenities. The property manager was responsive. Recommendations to the owners/prop mgr: a pole on the sloped corner of the driveway entrance would be very helpful; please install blinds or curtains in the master bath - anyone can see in the windows; the portable AC unit in the master was great, but the gaps around the window insert allow hot air and bugs in (I stuffed these with paper); please get better pans - 1 has non-stick coating chipping and the cast iron isn't being properly maintained/seasoned; mice are getting in the kitchen and leaving droppings on the counter & in the cabinets; the electrical cord is missing to the adjustable master bed; the master bed comforter could stand to be replaced; and the Christmas decor on the mantel could be taken down. All that being said, these are easy fixes, and we would stay there again.

Fall Getaway

The cottage was very well presented. Lots of art and antiques. We enjoyed sitting on the living room deck at an altitude of 50 feet above the trees and watching an eagle close up. Only issue is the deck door lock does not lock. Thanks for letting us stay at your home. Walks, mountain views, visit to the lake, Cairn Winery, shopping and just driving through the forest near the country club was great.

Wonderful long weekend reset!

The cabin was very clean and inviting. Beautiful scenery from every room and long-range mountain views from the master bedroom and hot tub. 5 stars all the way! The Big Canoe community was lovely, and we enjoyed seeing the bald eagles on Lake Petit and lunch at the Black Bear Pub.

Relaxing and beautiful place

We enjoyed staying in the nicely decorated home in Big canoe. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day with family hiking and cooking at another home. We would stay again.

Just ok not great

Our stay was just ok. We stay at a lot of VRBO’s and this one fell a little short. The AC issue is very unfortunate. The primary suite upstairs gets super hot and there is no fan. The lower level is like an ice bucket & middle level comfortable. This just doesn’t work for a family staying here. The kitchen was just adequately stocked. The cabin was clean-ish. The outside patio area was not useable because it was so dirty. Cobb webs around house. While I know it’s a cabin in the woods the Maintanance team can address this better. There were not enough towels. Each person got 1 towel. 1 towel for our entire stay for our shower, pool, hot tub. The bottom level bunk room is not a room. It’s a hallway. If you have little kids that go to bed early you will not like this as you have to pass through the bunk room to get to the other room, laundry (to wash your 1 towel) and to get out to the hot tub. If you don’t need the bunk beds than don’t worry. Air hockey table didn’t work. Pros- the cabin is cute, the primary bedroom was nice and that bathroom was nice too. Hot tub on the back deck was very nice and it’s a very secluded/private location which we like. Its a very nice location and it was clean enough it just wasn’t a the most enjoyable stay. Not sure if this is an owner issue or management issue. We have stayed at dozens of cabins and when you are away you want to feel comfortable so you can unwind and relax. This cabin fell short.

Needs some work!

This is my first time leaving a bad review. We have stayed in dozens of properties and I have to say, this was one of our worst stays. We left early without refund. Pros: the location is nice. We enjoyed Big Canoe overall ans the ammenities of the area. The decor is cute. Cons: - the layout is choppy and not conducive to hearing/cooling well. One bedroom is on the top level and two are in the bottom level. They have one AC unit so the top bedroom is VERY hot (no fans) and the bottom are freezing cold. Made for not great nights of sleep for all involved. Only the middle level stays comfortable. A fan on the top floor would help. - The property needs a lot of work/deep cleaning. When we arrived there was others trash in trash cans, missing hand towels in bathrooms to dry hands after washing, missing toilet paper (thank goodness we came prepared with extra rolls), cobwebs on the beds, roaches in the rooms, food splattered on backsplash in kitchen, other people’s toiletries under sinks, outdoor furniture is so dirty we couldn’t use it (needs a good pressure wash), pollen caked, nails sticking out of the front door that cut my arm (and my sons), dirt and leaves in the hot tub, etc. I sent all of this feedback to the property management. - I know this is a pet friendly rental, but it definitely has musty pet smell. Maybe air filters could use a change. - When we arrived the door was left open/unlocked. - cookware had food still stuck on it
