Check-In:
Welcome to your A-Chalet property! Please ensure you complete the welcome submission form before your arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pets:
We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $75 pet fee per stay. To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests, please:
• Keep dogs off furniture and beds.
• Crate dogs if you leave them unattended on the property.
• Ensure dogs are always on a leash when outside and close by to avoid any incidents.
Please pickup after your dog.

Trash Disposal:
• Bagged Trash: All trash must be securely bagged and disposed of offsite at one of the designated free trash sites:
• Clean Bear Site #1: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Clean Bear Site #2: 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Fee for Non-Compliance: A fee may be applied per trash bag left behind.

Fireplace Usage:
This is an insert fireplace. No wood needed. For safety:

• Ensure fireplace door remains closed at all times.
• Set the ring flute to the left and pull out
•Please insert fire-stick match at the end of fireplace turn gas key quarter turn to the left. Please put under the logs to the back


Kitchen Cleanup:
We kindly ask that you clean the kitchen after meals. This includes rinsing and placing dishes in the dishwasher. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.

BBQ Use:
Please enjoy the outdoor grill but ensure:
• The grill is cleaned after each use.
• The propane tank valve is turned off after use.
• Failure to clean the grill or refill propane may result in a fee

Thermostat Settings:
Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay. Before checkout, kindly set it back to 65° to conserve energy.

Spa Guidelines:
For a safe and enjoyable spa experience:
• Rinse off before using the spa to prevent oil and makeup build-up.
• Return the spa to 100° after use.
• If the water becomes murky, a fee may be applied for a dump and refill.
• Ensure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly when not in use.

Neighboring Properties:
Due to liability, neighboring homeowners are extremely sensitive to people trespassing on their property. If you trespass, neighbors will call the authorities and you may receive a citation and/or Fine. Please stay off neighboring boat docks .
