Surrounded by lush trees, this pet-friendly retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy modern amenities, stunning panoramic views, and plenty of space for your entire family including your furry friends! Very close to Bear Mountain and Snow Summit.

Relax and Unwind: Large upper deck with ample seating, a gas grill, a stand-up heating lamp, and a hot tub.

Main Floor:

Living Room: Open living area with a natural stone, wood-burning fireplace and large flat-screen TV. French doors open to the oversized deck with views of the lush forest, a brook, and a winding path.

Dining Room: Features an elegant wood accent wall, with seating for eight. Direct access to the deck for outdoor dining.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with updated appliances, including a double-door refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, Jen-Air gas cooktop, large farmhouse sink, under-cabinet microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar for extra seating.

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King bed, wall-mounted TV, vanity with lighted mirror, ceiling fan, and double doors leading to the patio with a jacuzzi spa. Ensuite bathroom with a stylish hammered stainless steel sink and walk-in rain shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, lounging sofa, and scenic window views.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with cozy ambiance.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Laundry Room: Equipped with a newer washer and dryer.

Safety: Stairway off the living area is gated to keep toddlers and pets safe.

Downstairs:
Game Room: All-new wood flooring, featuring a pool table, foosball, two TVs, and a bar area with stools. Downstairs Pellet stove is not functioning as of 2/14/25.

Bedroom 4 (Kids’ Room): Four single beds in a bunk setup, low ceiling, and a wall-mounted TV—perfect for children.

Bathroom 3: Conveniently located with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor Space:

Yard: Expansive, fenced, and wooded—ideal for family and pet adventures. Includes a sandy area with a trampoline (use at your own risk) and a seating area with a rattan outdoor table and chairs.
Deck: Accessible from both the living area and the Master bedroom. Equipped with comfortable seating, a gas grill, a stand-up heating lamp, and a jacuzzi spa—perfect for relaxing under the stars.

For your safety, we have two security cameras installed. One is attached to the doorbell, and the other is a floodlight camera above the garage. We also have ONE (1) Minut decibel meter outside. 24/7”

NOTE: Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people & 4 parked cars. (Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.) Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.
