Unwind in the private jacuzzi under the stars, gather around the outdoor fire pit for hangouts and stories, or challenge each other in the upstairs game room. Inside, an open-concept living, dining, and custom kitchen area is filled with natural light and warmed by a cozy fireplace — the perfect spot to reconnect after a day on the Ski slopes or water sports on the lake.

Step outside onto one of three outdoor living spaces — a charming front deck, an expansive back deck, or the upstairs balcony — all framed by big-sky mountain views and unforgettable sunsets.

Whether you're planning a snowy holiday escape or a summer mountain retreat, this home delivers the space, comfort, and amenities to make it unforgettable.

Pet-friendly with prior approval — please message us with the type and number of pets before booking. Approved pets are $25/night, and any pet-related damage will be charged per the booking agreement.



Guest Release & Liability Waiver – Hot Tub / Jacuzzi & Bunk Beds

By booking and/or staying at this property, all guests agree to the following:

1. Use at Your Own Risk

Guests acknowledge that the hot tub/jacuzzi and bunk beds may involve risks of injury. Use of these amenities is completely voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Health & Safety

Children must be supervised at all times.



No glass, alcohol overuse, diving, or horseplay in or near the hot tub.



Guests with medical conditions (including pregnancy, heart issues, high/low blood pressure, or temperature sensitivity) should not use the hot tub without medical advice.



Top bunk is for children over 6 years old and adults under 160 lbs only. No jumping or climbing on the outside of bunk frames.



3. Responsibility for Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the hot tub/jacuzzi or bunk beds, including misuse, spills, roughhousing, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, guests hereby release the host, property owner, and management from any and all claims, injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the hot tub/jacuzzi or bunk beds.

5. Agreement

By entering the property and using these amenities, guests confirm they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept all terms of this waiver.
