Also on this level, 2 bedrooms are available: the first is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and is equipped with air conditioning, while the second features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning. An open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and benefits from air conditioning as well. 2 bathrooms serve this level, configured respectively as a shower with WC and a shower with bidet and WC. On the lower ground floor, a secondary living and dining area of 18 m2 provides additional communal space, accompanied by a third bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and a flat screen satellite TV. A compact open kitchen and a shower with WC complete this floor. Please note that the lower ground floor has no heating option available.
