Hôtel près de Bhaili (Suni)

« We had a wonderful stay during our family reunion while visiting from the USA. The staff was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and we look forward...

« Propre, personnel serviable, calme, repas copieux, thé offert à l'arrivée, service de taxi, à 15 minutes de la place principale en descendant. Un bon séjour dans une ville propre et calme. »

« Kitchen staff was good and very helpful. We enjoyed Our stay. »

« The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively...

« Hotel is great, staff very helpfull. I will like to stay here next time. »

« Lovely views from the room and balcony although sitting outside too long invites the local cheeky monkeys to grab your food. Bed was very comfortable. The room was quite small and no real space for two suitcases but we made do. The hotel staff very helpful and friendly. They also provided a driver Arun who took us to our next destination. He was a brilliant, safe, skilled driver. The hotel location was easy walking distance to Mall Rd (the hill is quite steep from the hotel so agility is...

« There is no fan in the property . We stayed for 3 nights even after requesting for a fan since after climbing the hill we used to pant and sweat in the sun the manager only provided us fan for a day rest of the days we had to survive. The owner had put in efforts for a good stay but the manager is not cooperative. No shampoo and lotion is provided in the hotel which is basic amenities »

« Overall i had a great time at the property. »

« Please take into account I was a foreign tourist. The plus's are the service was good and the tea was excellent. The negatives are the building and grounds pictured in the listing are no longer in use. They are being replaced with a completely new hotel which is under construction. There are no 23 teas offered and the menu is limited and no longer intercontinental. What rooms and facilities are left are in serious need of updating. The biggest problem is that they only accept cash and...

« Hard to access the hotel. Room itself was ok for a night of transit. »
