Early check in

The property, unit and location was spectacular, however we arrived earlier than expected (11:30am) and requested early check. We were told the owner had checked out and the condo was being cleaned, which was no problem at all. We received our property tags and used the property bathroom to change. From the beach, we could see the condo. We waited 2 additional hours and tried the door code. It still didn’t work. We called the Vacasa office to inquire about accessing the property because no one had been there since we arrived. They said it needed inspected and then we could get access. We stood outside the unit waiting. No one showed up, so about 30 minutes later we tried to access the condo again and the code worked. No one ever showed up to inspect it. We could have been in the condo hours earlier.

Great location and view

Very good location, convenient to pools beach and town. Unit was very suitable for two people. Murphy bed was broken and patio furniture could use some updates but otherwise well appointed unit. Can’t beat the view and sound of crashing ocean. We would stay here again.

My husband and I spent a marvelous week in this delightful condo. The view was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Even though there were only 2 of us, I greatly appreciated the extra half bath.

First Time with VRBO

Well from the first moment while unloading the car, I discovered the "laundry carts" that were available for moving our bags from the car to the apartment..........I was impressed and what's more appreciated the thoughtfulness of your unloading concept. Our villa was clean, well maintained and simply terrific with the view of the ocean. Go ahead now and re-book me for April 2021.

Clean, nicely decorated.

It was a wonderful experience! My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The unit was very comfortable, loved looking at the ocean and hearing the waves breaking. Very relaxing. Centrally located to enjoy the best of both Rehoboth and Bethany. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

It's all about the view

Which was spectacular!! That being said, we may have suffered a bit for the off-season timing of our trip. The place could have used a bit of cleaning, and the construction that was going on was a little more excessive than I was expecting. But again, both issues are probably a reflection of the timing. When you're gazing out the window, noticing a school of fish offshore from the gulls circling overhead, and then realize there are dolphins feeding along the edge of the school, you kind forget about the rest.
