'We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location is perfect with plenty of shops nearby. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Neda, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Everything was truly perfect — highly recommended.'

'After the horrendous stay at doubletree, we decided to stay at Shangri-la again. The check-in was a little finicky but overall the hotel was great. Rooms are clean, smell fresh and the bed is awesome. Food was great and the cleaning personnel are very friendly. We also decided to try the spa out, the staff were friendly although the receptionist there tried to up sell us for more stuff (which didn't work). I recommend this hotel and will be back soon for another stay! '
