Les chambres sont vide la décoration est vitelotte rien de très attrayant. Le restaurant est cependant magnifique un vrai havre de paix en plein Berlin et le petit déjeuner est extra

Hotel propre et très bien placé mais service décevant Lit bebe pas dans la chambre à notre arrivée alors que j'avais téléphoné dans la semaine pour m'en assurer et avons du le réclamer à 2 reprises à notre arrivée Service voiturier un peu limite à notre départ: n'a pas pris la peine de garer correctement la voiture pour que nous chargions nos affaires donc voiture en plein milieu de la voie des bus qui klaxonnent pendant que tu charges Les affaires...bof

Hotel très bien placé
Un très bel hôtel luxueux avec un service cordial et attentionné. La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse avec une grande salle de bain. Seul bémol : les portes coulissantes vitrées qui donnent sur la chambre. La lumière de la salle de bain, beaucoup trop vive, aveugle quand on est dans le lit. Il faudrait prévoir au moins 1 lumière plus tamisée. Petit déjeuner excellent avec de beaux produits, mais pas un choix extrêmement varié, surprenant pour ce type d'établissement. Le restaurant Qui, où nous avons diné un soir est excellent et propose de très très bons cocktails. Emplacement idéal sur la Postdammer Platz, à 10 mn à pied de la porte de brandebourg et 15 à 20 mn des autres activités de la ville.

Très bien situé pour visiter Berlin à pied
15 minutes à pied de CheckPoint Charlie, du Reishtag,Philarmonic. Musée du cinéma et Sony Center juste en face. Buffet pour le petit déjeuner cher mais délicieux et dans une salle donnant sur terrasse avec jardin. Des fleurs partout dans l'hôtel. Je retournerai au même hôtel si je reviens à Berlin.

Lovely hotel in great neighborhood. We walked everywhere but transportation right there! Lots of restaurants and shopping if you are into that. The staff was wonderful. Very quiet and luxurious room. Love the robes and IPad with all the information you might need at your fingertips. Walk in closet and lots of storage. Breakfast was phenomenal and the bar makes great drinks! Thanks.

This hotel is wonderful- the staff were lovely and considerate, the room was perfect and the location is ideal. It's perfectly located to find places to eat, see the Brandenburg Gate and the Reistag...and that is just the start! It's fab!

Mycket trevligt hotell. Toppen rum. Bra frukost men en av dagarna lite väl svårt att få bord en dag samt att produkterna tog slut lite för ofta. Inget stort problem. Mycket trevlig service minded personal. Jag ger gärna detta hotellet högsta betyg.

Luxury at Potsdamer Platz
One of my ‘go to’ hotels in Berlin. Nice large rooms with all mod-cons, great internet speed, comfortable, quiet, well-located and a great restaurant. Perhaps a little on the ‘pricey’ side but you get what you pay for to be honest. Rooms have a mini kitchen with hob, a few plates etc, sink and full fridge/freezer. Might be an idea to add a couple of pans though otherwise why have a hob?! Small problem with the bathtub this time took a tiny bit of shine off the 1-night stay. I would have complained but wasn’t worth it for the short stay. Reported to reception though and they were very apologetic.
