Hôtel très bien situé. La propreté dans les chambre est bien, mais les couloirs ont besoin d’être peinturés. Le personnel est trop peu nombreux à l’accueil et, malheureusement, donne le service minimal aux clients. Gros hôtel avec beaucoup de clients, il faut aimer cela. La chambre est très bien.

très bon hôtel
L'hôtel est bien situé à côté d'un arrêt du tram qui vient de l'aéroport. L'endroit est un poil éloigné du centre à pied, mais comme dit, un arrêt de tram est à proximité. La chambre était propre et j'ai bcp aimé la déco avec un cadre illustrant un aigle, qui s'allume. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet, très bon souper.

La localisation est excellente, près de la gare et du centre, le lit est douillet et la chambre très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. J'aurais souhaité une bouilloire dans la chambre comme ce que j'ai dans les tous les hôtels de mon séjour. Je n'ai pas eu de chance avec le temps qui était beau lors de l'arrivée mais ce fut le déluge le lendemain ainsi que le jour du départ.

The property needs an update. The carpets are in need or replacement as well as the tv's. It would be nice to have smart tv's in this modern time. As usual the staff and food were both excellent.

The hotel is a less than a 5 minute walk from the bus/train station. The receptionist was very helpful ( able to leave luggage for 2 days while we went on a train excursion). The upper corner room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was great. We were given breakfast treats in a bag to go, we checked out very early. A pleasant surprise.

Hotellrommet var veldig bra. Synes det var vanskelig å skru ned temperaturen på rommet. Det var veldig varmt å sove der. Renholdedt var veldig bra. Der har jeg ingenting å utsette.

Pleasant stay. Room comfortable. Breakfast options very good. Only let down was the gym, which was very poorly equipped and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
