Minutes from shopping, museums, dining, downtown, biking, and fishing, it's the perfect base for your Northwest Arkansas adventure.



The Space:

On the first floor, there is a twin room with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom. The garage equipped with top of the line bike racks and a ping pong table is on the first level as well!

On the second floor, the curated kitchen and living space with a sleeper sofa flow seamlessly out to the front porch, finished with patio furniture, a Blackstone grill, and flatscreen TV.

The third floor hosts most of the sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, Juliet balcony, and gorgeous en suite bathroom. The queen room also has an en suite bathroom and TV. The bunk space offers two twin beds situated above two queen beds to maximize guest capacity! The laundry facilities are on this level as well.



Guest Access:

You will receive a door code on the day of your arrival. There is a shared driveway to access the home by car. You can park in the garage or on the street in front of the home. Parking in the shared driveway is prohibited by the HOA due to potential access issues for other residents.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, a literal step away from the mountain bike Slaughter Pen trails system! The shared driveway connects directly to the mountain bike flow hub that leads to the rest of the trail system. This hub features trails of all levels, making fun accessible for the whole family right outside the back door!



Getting Around:

Everything you could want from Bentonville is minutes away. 3 minutes to downtown, 8 minutes to Crystal Bridges, 3 minutes to Compton Gardens, 7 minutes to Coler, 6 minutes to The Momentary, and endless restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions anywhere in between!!!

Please note - this house is NOT beach front, it is located in the heart of Bentonville and is lavished in beach-inspired decor!!



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property, but must be approved prior to your stay. Please reach out prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet! The pet fee does apply to all pets. The pet fee is $40 per pet, per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time, and is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left my your pet.

Please do keep in mind that this is a neighborhood, so although there is space between houses, please be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm-8am.

There is a camera located at the front door that is capable of recording video and audio at all times.
