« I expected more from this hotel. I had to ask for towels. No hand soap and only one hand towel at the bathroom sink. No ice makers anywhere. The pillows are pretty broken down. Only one elevator working. This hotel was pretty nice a few years ago but now there is competition and I’m afraid you are now lacking. Carlos was super helpful and fantastic. »
