The apartment has all the amenities to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The living area with sofa will allow you to rest after a day of exploration, while the bathroom with shower and WiFi connection (it is an extra service with cost) complete your comfort space.



The furnished terrace offers you a perfect corner to enjoy a sunset with a glass of wine, contemplating the sea views. In addition, its strategic location allows you to easily access attractions such as Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Mundomar and Acualandia, guaranteeing fun for all family members.



An important detail: pets are allowed (maximum 2), which makes it an ideal accommodation for those travelling with their furry companions. The proximity to the beach, combined with the comfort of the apartment, make it the perfect refuge for memorable holidays on the Costa Blanca.



The studio in Benidorm has capacity for 2 people, as it is very spacious, a bedroom has been made and the terrace has been glazed and joined to the living room where there is a comfortable sofa.

It is located 0 m from the sandy beach "Levante Beach", 80 m from the bus station "urban bus", 200 m from the supermarket, 350 m from the city "old town area of Benidorm", 3 km from the theme park "MUNDOMAR", 3 km from the water park "ACUALANDIA", 5 km from the Golf course, 5 km from the theme park "TERRA NATURA", 6 km from the theme park "TERRA MITICA", 35 km from the train station "of Alicante", 45 km from the airport "of Alicante" and is located in a lively area and next to the sea.



It has a lift, paid internet access (wifi), electric radiator heating, communal swimming pool (in summer season), 1 Television.



You do not have a parking space, but we can offer you private spaces in other locations or in some paid public car parks.



The independent kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Very close to nightlife areas and the city centre (old town). Ideal for a holiday or long stays in winter.



The apartments come with towels and sheets, are delivered clean upon entry, and have an iron for the apartment (request it at our office). In winter, they have an electric radiator.



The kitchen is electric or ceramic hob, with 2 or 3 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, smoke extractor hood, coffee maker and fridge with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater. It has kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery normal for up to 3 people (does not have an express pot or electric mixer).

Our apartments have an emergency maintenance service for the apartment available 24 hours through a contact telephone number (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening hours of our reception office).



The key handover is always at our reception office, not in the building you have booked. For this, you must come to Fincas Arena. If you arrive after the office is closed in the afternoon or on holidays, there will be a list in the display window with the names of clients and a telephone number to call, and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you anticipate arriving outside of office hours and notify us, it helps us organise ourselves and minimise your waiting time when you arrive at our office). In this case, the following morning, except on Sundays and holidays, you must come to our office to present the ID or passport of all occupants (this is mandatory by Law)



The building is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has a supermarket nearby, an area of restaurants and bars, is on the first line of Levante beach and the centre of Benidorm and has a very fast link to the road and motorway, which means you can go on excursions to neighbouring towns quickly and comfortably.



At our reception office, we have tourist information, city maps, and can arrange all types of additional services for both your stay in the apartment and to enjoy the daytime and nighttime leisure activities offered by the city and its surroundings.



For our customers, we offer a transfer service to and from Alicante airport, either by taxi or private transport companies (VTC). If they arrive at night or on a holiday, we can arrange for them to be picked up at the airport with their apartment keys and taken to their accommodation.



Tickets to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), party venues, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided tours to nearby towns or Valencia, car rental, electric vehicle rental for people with reduced mobility, diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialised companies. Tickets to nightclubs on special dates (especially New Year's Eve).



We can also offer tickets for various concerts and events that take place in Benidorm throughout the year, for this they can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.



We have socio-health services through an external provider (babysitters, accompaniment, personal hygiene, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc).



The photos of apartments shown on our website are of a typical apartment (they may not be exactly the one you will occupy in the building), as these are apartments from private owners and there may be variations in the type of furniture or decoration, but the services described are practically the same in all of them.



The entry to the apartments is at 5:00 PM (if the apartment is clean and prepared earlier, we can deliver the keys before, this may involve a supplement).



The departure from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later, please consult our staff about the possibility of a late check-out of the apartment. (It has an extra cost), it is subject to availability until the day before departure.



Free of charge, both on the day of arrival and departure, we can store your luggage in our office (only during our opening hours).
