With 50 m², this accommodation offers a practical and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a few days of rest by the sea.



The accommodation has 1 bedroom with a 1.35 m bed and sofa bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room for a third bed. It features a functional layout, with an independent kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware. It also has a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, wifi and portable air conditioning.



One of its great attractions is its enclosed terrace, a very practical space that also has a clothes line. The apartment also has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as pool towels for greater comfort during your stay.



The building has 24-hour reception, a very practical added value for travellers, as well as a lift and comfortable access. The communal swimming pool is located outside the building, very close to the main entrance, and is accessed via a red wristwatch provided in the accommodation.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.



The location is excellent for discovering Benalmádena, with restaurants and cafés just a few steps away, supermarkets very close by, the beach less than 1 km away and well-known places such as Parque de la Paloma, Selwo Marina, Puerto Marina, Torremolinos or Málaga capital at a short distance.
