Those were the days….
Et femstjerners hotell som har sett bedre dager. Slitt på utsiden, pen resepsjon og nyoppussede rom. Merkelig løsning med frokostsal og svømmebasseng «i samme rom». Hovedrestauranten er nedlagt, likeså sky-bar, og gjenværende restaurant/frokostsal er av middelmådig kvalitet. Veldig hyggelig og forekommende personale😊

EXCEPTIONNEL
This is a super nice hotel…. The room was exceptionnel… The personal is very attentive and helpful… The only problem is the Bar Lounge at the 16th floor is closed and the Restaurant Emerald on the 2nd floor is closed…. Everybody are at the restaurant Adamas at the 5th floor.. where is the pool…. And they are allowed to smoke anytime and everywhere around you while you eat… you dont feel to go to the swimming pool with everybody who’s having a drink or a coffee or a meal look at you…. But we had a wonderful time… Thank you

Location is just perfect for our needs. Staffs are attentive and very helpful. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. Hotel is nice but not five stars international standard so don’t try to compare to the Four Seasons’s 😁 if you only pay a fraction of that cost. Overall, best value for the money.

Staff issues
The breakfast served in the restaurant had many opportunities just like the dinner in the restaurant. Both of them were completely disappointing for many reasons. I don’t feel that this hotel wants western customers. I tried to reason with the staff and they were just not going to hear it.

Conveniently located in the center of the city. It’s a new hotel and needs to upkeep to maintain the quality. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Housekeeping needs to be trained for cleanliness.

２泊朝食付きで13,000円（１泊６千円ちょっと）でお釣りがきました。部屋も立地も言うことなし！今まで泊まったホテルでもかなり上位に来ると思います。部屋は広く清潔で綺麗。バルコニ（小さいが）も付いていて目の前のベンチェー川から遠くにメコン川も見渡せました。隣はベンチェー市場で美味しい食堂もあり便利でした。プールもありましたが、天候が曇りでそれほど気温が上がらなかったので利用しませんでしたが、５階にあるので周りの景色が綺麗に見えるつくりでした。朝食も種類が豊富で日替わりで変わるメニューもあり毎日行っても飽きることはないでしょう。この値段で泊まれるのは最高のコスパだと思います。お勧めします！
フロントのスタッフもベルボーイさんも皆親切丁寧でした。笑顔が素敵なスタッフでした。

一人で泊まるには勿体無いくらいの広さ。

This is DEFINITELY a 5 STARS Hotel!!!! The staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, & HELPFUL! The location is very good - there are many shops around and it's located next to one of the many bridges. The view from my room was EXCELLENT, waking up to the view of the river was Priceless. I will Definitely Stay at this Hotel Again next time I visit Ben Tre.

事前に宿泊者が多い事はわかっていたはずなのに、スタッフのオペレーションのもたつきがみうけられた。エレベーターの動きも悪く、ロビーに人が溢れる事が多かった。エレベーター待ちで10分近くは勘弁して欲しい。スイートに宿泊したが、アメニティは前客が開封したと思われる物を未確認でそろえていた。（歯ブラシは開封済、歯磨き粉無）エアコンの稼働音も大きい割に効きはいまいち。

Very beautiful view, spacious room, newly build and walkable. The staffs are very nice and friendly but unfortunately many of them can't speak or understand English (except the front desk). The restaurant staffs are not well-trained to take order.

I really liked the pool, the view, the calm, and the team always ready to help esp Tan NGuyen. The location is great, in the center of town next to the river and to the market. I did not like the TV. There is a lot of chanels, but neither BBC nor CNN. It can take very long to get them and sometime it is not possible at all and it keeps you waiting for nothing. I would have like a softer matress.
