« Front desk agent was upset at the rate we booked the room online through Expedia for and then proceeded to hard charge my credit card for room and tax again even though I prepaid through Expedia. I explained this at checkin, that it was prepaid, and he lied and said the additional $56.26 charged at the hotel on my other card was an incidental hold, I have never seen an incidental hold with an amount like that before, it’s always a round number. Liar. Now I have to fight this dispute with my bank...
